This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and cookie-like technologies are used on Hassolux and for what purposes.

2. Current Usage on Hassolux

At present, we do not use marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies on the website. Only Cloudflare Turnstile is integrated as a security measure in the contact form.

3. Legal Basis

Technically necessary security features are operated based on our legitimate interest in abuse and bot protection (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If optional technologies are introduced later, they will only be used with the legally required legal basis (in particular consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Third Party: Cloudflare Turnstile

When loading and using the Turnstile widget, technical information (such as IP address, browser/device information, and interaction data) may be processed by Cloudflare to detect and prevent automated abuse requests.

5. Retention and Control

Necessary security technologies are used only to the required extent. You can delete or block browser data (cookies/site data) at any time in your browser settings. Disabling these may limit certain form functionality.

6. Future Optional Cookies

If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced in the future, a suitable consent management mechanism (cookie banner/consent tool) will be implemented before activation.
