1. Provider and Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Hassolux SaaS services, websites, and digital features provided by Bissolux L.L.C., Kroi i vashave 15, 23060 Studencan, Republic of Kosovo.
2. Subject Matter
Hassolux provides digital services for project management, time tracking, documentation, quotes, invoicing, and related onboarding/setup services. The specific scope depends on the booked plan and product description.
3. Contract Formation and Trial
A trial period may be used after registration. The trial ends automatically and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. A paid contract starts only after active plan booking.
4. Pricing, Billing, and Due Date
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Monthly and yearly plans are billed on a recurring basis. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
5. Term and Cancellation
Monthly plans may be canceled by the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans may be canceled with 30 days' notice before renewal; otherwise they renew for the agreed term.
6. Withdrawal and Refunds
To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable after charge. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the “Withdrawal & Refunds” page for details.
7. Acceptable Use
Prohibited use includes misuse, unauthorized access, interference with availability, bypassing technical safeguards, and any unlawful use of the services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality of your content, account access management, and safeguarding your business records. Maintain your own exports/backups for critical operations.
9. Availability and Changes
Bissolux L.L.C. continuously develops the platform and may adjust functions to a reasonable extent while preserving the core contractual benefit.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable typical damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For contracts with businesses, Kosovo law applies (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the registered seat of Bissolux L.L.C. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
